        This Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by PTCars Airport Direct - Independent Chauffeur

                   We reserves the right to revise any of the terms and conditions stated here and will come into
           effect 60 minutes after posting. A quote on a journey will be valid until 24 hours after the issue there of.

If you do not agree with any of the terms of use below, please do not use this site.  We reserves the right, at any time, to modify, after or update these terms of use. You agree to be bound by such modifications and updates. All material on this site, including example images, illustrations, promotions and terminology, is protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled either by PTCars Airport Direct, affiliated entities, or by third parties who have their materials to us. Material from www.ptcars-wa.com.au  may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way.
If you are dissatisfied with the www.ptcars-wa.com.au  site, or any materials on the site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using our website.
 

Low cost Chauffeured Car cannot be held responsible for any loss in financial ,professional, missed  flight, trains due to the Small Charter Vehicle not arriving at the pick up or drop off address at the booked time due to adverse weather ,traffic conditions or road traffic accidents as well as road closures or been given incorrect booking information by the customer.
Also car breakdown due to excessive use of vehicles. If this does occur the customer has the opportunity to wait and another  vehicle would be sent out as soon as possible or a full refund could be asked for which would be given to you .
If the customer booked the journey online and received a confirmation reference number however they must wait to receive the confirmation from Us stated we have received the booking details prior to your scheduled pick up date.

Booking for Bank and Public Holidays are subject to availability and special negotiated rates will apply.

Booking Deposit & Balance Payable;

                   An Online booking must be made not less than 24 hours before pickup time.!!!
For online booking less than 24 hours, 
please contact our operation centre
on (08) 6102 1441  to confirm availability.
Booking over the phone must be made 24 hours before pickup time or no less than 12 hours before pickup time.
If the booking is less than 12 hours, we cannot guarantee the car availability.
 
A full payment will be charged at the time of booking. Your reservation is regarded as confirmed when payment has been received and we will send you a full confirmation of your booking.
We request you check the details of the hire carefully and inform us immediately of any errors or changes.

We accept form of payments by cash to the Driver, online by PayPal from our website, EFTPOS by credit or Debit Card in the car or over the phone,  , we also accept Cabcharge Card and Cabcharge E-Ticket, Transfer money to our Bank Account. Transfering money we must received and must be cleared in 5 days of the booking..
Payment by cash or credit card in the car w offer only, if is necessary further payment in the car.

Pricing: SCV - (Small Charter Vehicle) Perth WA area;
Executive/Sedan is minimum $85 per hour base to base
People Mover is minimum $110 per hour base to base.
Mini-bus is $130 per hour base to base.
Our minimum charges is $79.99


A minimum of  1 hour is charged per booking. Time exceeding 1 hour will be calculated
on 15 minutes increments.
Base to base is the complete journey which includes the time the Vehicle leaves our base
in Perth, and once the droop off is complete to then return back to base. 
Price include goods and services tax. All prices are in AUD.

Prices on booking page in our website are calculated from the Airports or Cruise Ship Port to the WA area which is on the list, without further stops and waiting on way, or other extra service.
Any further orders or changes in direction, further charges apply. Approx $20 -$30, pricing depend from the distance.

Cancellation;
A reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission of the Company. It has to be done by email, fax or by phone. Cancellations informed more than 24 hours prior to time of the journey means that full refund will be given. Cancellation informed between 24 to 12  hours prior to the journey will incur 25% of the booking price. Cancellation not informed up to 12 hours prior to time of booking may incur 100% of the booking price.  All payments can be made by credit / debit card.
In case of credit / debit card, your card will be charged before or on the day of the journey,
but the card details will only serve to secure the booking, or may be charged for instances of a cancellation
or  - No Show !

NO SHOW Fee; 
If a passenger fails to arrive at the designated location and has not informed us of any change of plan then the full amount will be charged plus waiting time where applicable..

If we pick up from a WA  address the driver will wait up and till 15 minutes, after the time the booking was  made for. If we are unable to make contact with the passenger (ringing the door bell and calling the contact phone number) we will pull the driver away and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost. At the Airport the driver will go into The Terminal soon after landing( based on official Airport flight information ) or that time customer has specified otherwise). The driver will wait at the Hall or meeting point in the arrivals terminal. If the passenger has been waiting at the meeting point of the airport and fails to make contact with the driver, the passenger should call the Office  so as to arrange how to meet. Passenger should not just leave the Airport without letting Us know as this will be regarded as a - No Show.!
Reservation modification regarding transport times, routes or dates must be done 24 hours in advance. Where possible we will accommodate your requirements, however a guarantee cannot be made.


Customer Safety;
In the Art of passenger safety, our Chauffeur's will drive at safe and sensible speeds as in  accordance with legal speed limits, traffic and current road conditions. The Chauffeur reserves the right to deny access to a venue that they feel may put the passengers and vehicle in an unsafe situation.
PTCars Airport Direct, reserves the right to use of sub-contractors to provide the service to the passengers. These sub-contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licenced, Insured and comply with the regulations stipulated with the Department of Transport in Perth WA.
